By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application ("App"), you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Electronic acceptance of these Terms is an absolute prerequisite to registration. If you do not agree to every clause herein, you must immediately halt the registration process, delete the App, and refrain from any use of the platform. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity and marital eligibility to enter into a binding marriage contract.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE & ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER

The App is strictly a digital technology tool designed solely to facilitate electronic introductions between individuals seeking traditional matrimony. The Company is not a marriage broker, matchmaker, dating agency, religious authority, or civil/religious marriage registrar. The Company does not verify the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, or sincerity of any profile, statement, or communication provided by any user. The Company explicitly disclaims any guarantee regarding the compatibility, character, background, or marital eligibility of any member.

3. COMPREHENSIVE INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY SHIELD

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall never be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever, including emotional distress, financial loss, or harm resulting from interactions. You agree to unconditionally defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your interactions with any user, or any misrepresentation, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

4. STRICT PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users commit to maintaining absolute honesty and honorable intentions. Any breach of the following will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA PROTECTION

All software, source code, UI/UX, and trademarks proprietary to the App are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You explicitly consent to the cross-border transfer, processing, and secure storage of your personal data as necessary for the service.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Company reserves the ultimate right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, ban, or permanently delete any user account at any time, without prior notice or liability.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Company’s registered jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Company’s registered jurisdiction.
